Our Roof Restoration Process
- If gutters or downpipes are being replaced , they’ll be tended to first
- We’ll pressure clean all your roof tiles to remove lichen, moss, dirt and leaves
- If we find any broken tiles we’ll replace them to ensure your home remains weatherproof
- We’ll repair and re-point ridge capping
- If the valley trays need replacing we’ll take them out
- We apply a special anti-mould formula (this is particularly important as roof tiles stay wet for longer than metal roofs)
- Once the roof is cleaned down and dry, we’ll apply the specific primer required for your individual roof
- If needed, we’ll apply a high build sealing coat
- Apply 2 coats of heat reflective roof membrane in the colour of your choice
- Apply the second anti moss membrane
- Lastly, we’ll leave your property clean if not cleaner then when we arrived; with one difference – brand new looking, leak free roof, which will stay like that for years to come, guaranteed
